WHITE
La Delfina Pinot Grigio (Italy, 2007, 12%) – Crisp, citrussy, and with a little honey.
Rio Lento Chardonnay (Chile, 2007, 13%) – Unoaked and fruity without being overcomplex.
La Baume Sauvignon Blanc (France, 2007, 13.5) – Light and dry, a great example.
RED
Rio Lento Cabernet Sauvignon (Chile, 2008, 12.5%) – Beautifully young and vibrant fruit mix.
Rio Lento Merlot (Chile, 2007, 13%) – Another one with a rich bouquet that massages the palate.
Solander Shiraz/Cabernet (S.E. Australia, 2008, 13.5%) – Rich with just a hint of pepper.
Los Almendros Carmenere (Chile, 2007, 13.5%) – Freetrade, this grape gives good plumminess.
Stellar Organics Shiraz (S. Africa, 2007, 13.5%) – Organic and Free-trade, gorgeously-rounded.
ROSE
La Delfina Pinot Grigio Blush (Italy, 2007, 12%) – Wonderfully light colour, with lychee finish.
BUBBLY
Segura Viudas Brut Reserva Cava (Spain, 2007, 11.5%) – Served at the King of Spain’s son’s wedding.
Segura Viudas Rosado Cava (Spain, 2007, 11.5%). Another Regal fave, taste the strawberries.
Remy Massin Brut Champagne (France, 2007, 12%). Award-winning, with wonderfully tight bubbles.
