SPIRITS

As with our other stock, we are constantly trying to evolve and hone the stable of spirits we carry, and try to vary our stock due to season, or to what our customers are demanding. We are open to suggestions. Here are a few of our current favourites:

Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka (Poland, 40%, 35ml) – The original classic. Try with apple juice or sip alone.

Juniper Organic Green Gin ( London 37.5%, 35ml) – A London Dry Gin certified organic by the Soil Association.

Centenario Reposado Tequila (Mexico, 38%) – Smoother and mellower sipping tequila.

Appleton Special Rum (Jamaica, 40%)- The traditional rum which is mild and smooth.

L & G Woodford Reserve (Kentucky, 34.2%) – Superbly smooth, flavoursome bourbon, rich and full-bodied with a sophisticated range of flavours.

Compass Box Asyla (Scotland 40%) – If you wanted to convert someone who says they don’t like whisky, you couldn’t do much better than this. A must.

Compass Box Hedonism (Scotland 40%) – ‘BEST GRAIN WHISKY IN THE WORLD – World Whiskies Awards 2008′
